A first grade girl handed in the drawing below for a homework assignment.
After it was graded and the child brought it home, she returned to school the next day with the following note:
Dear Ms. Davis,
I want to be very clear on my child's illustration. It is NOT of me on a dance pole on a stage in a strip joint. I work at Home Depot and had commented to my daughter how much money we made in the recent snowstorm. This sketch is of me selling a snow shovel.
Mrs. Harrington
I know I am afraid of what my kids are interpreting into their art aren't you?!
Have a great weekend!!
(I got this in an email, so I don't know where it came from to give credit!)

Thanks for sharing!! Love your blog...I'll be visiting again. :)
Happy Friday!
Thanks for visiting me on my big, bloggy day!
We love Disney World. I love the warm weather and the palm trees. It takes us about four years to save up for a vacation though!
He did manage to work it into a sermon once though, and he has a Mickey Mouse tie that he wears sometimes! Everyone knows that my hubby loves Mickey, (well, Mickey and The Tower of Terror), I think the t-shirts are a dead giveaway!
