I don't know about you, but I love hard boiled eggs. There is so much to do with them. Egg salad, eat them plain, deviled eggs, put them in salad... the list goes on. However, I HATE peeling them especially when the shell is sticking and they peel in little pieces and take off half the egg with them! Someone emailed this video and it is amazing! I think this might be an answer to my prayers! Enjoy! I am going to go and try it now!! :o)

I know from having laying chickens, that the fresher the egg, the harder to peel. So if your eggs are hard to peel.. that's a good thing :-)
